Mr. Foster is a career Wall Street Institutional Sales Professional. His career has been steeped in Institutional investing that centered in core growth and development of multiple companies. He brings a valued market insight to the team and a core understanding of the institutional space.
Mr. Tim Kuhman – S.V.P. – General Counsel
Mr. Kuhman began practicing law in 1984. His career path has led him through the fields of trial law, Mortgage and Real Estate Law, and most recently as General Counsel for one of the Self-Directed IRA industries largest firms. Tim’s education and career work experience provide valuable industry knowledge to our compliance and audit functions.
Mr. Jim Riswold – Director, COO of Corundum Trust Company, LLC.
As founding member of Corundum Trust Company in 2002, Jim has served as C.O.O. and has served on the Board of Directors since its inception. He serves as the resident South Dakota Director for Kingdom Trust Company.
Mr. Doug Lawson – President/CEO, The Kingdom Trust Company
Doug Lawson has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry having worked for both large and small institutions. His experience in various leadership positions has given Doug valuable expertise in the areas of financial operations and management along with corporate structure and oversight. Doug’s most recent assignment was that of Market President of Heritage Bank in Murray, KY.
Doug is the Co-founder of SBG, Kingdom Trust, and MyRA Services.
Mr. Chuck Baker- CEO/Chairman of the Board for Kentucky Lake Oil Co., Inc.
Mr. Baker currently serves as the CEO of Kentucky Lake Oil Co., Inc. He is a fourth generation owner/operator of the company and continues the family tradition of excellence in the retail fuel industry. In serving petroleum industry, Mr. Baker has been the Chairman of the Kentucky Petroleum Marketers Association and has served on its Board of Directors.
Dr. Randy Taylor, D.D.S- Dr. Taylor is the owner of Taylor Dental.
Dr. Taylor holds a degree from the Louisville, School of Dentistry. Upon completing his education he opened Taylor Family Dental in May 1996. Dr. Taylor helped establish the Angel’s Community Dental Clinic and organized the first regional 5k run to benefit patients and their families with Lou Gehrig’s disease.
Mr. Gerald Bell – M.B.A., J.D., Member of Haverstock, Bell, and Pitman, LLP.
Gerald obtained both his B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from Murray State University. He obtained his J.D. law degree from the University of Kentucky, and started his law practice with the firm Sheffer, Hoffman, Neil, Wilson & Thomason in Henderson, Kentucky. He has practiced law with Gary Haverstock and Mike Pitman in Murray, KY since 1988. He is a member of both the Calloway County, Kentucky and American Bar Associations.
Mr. Matt Jennings - President/CEO, SBG Real Property Professionals, LLC
Matt Jennings quickly grew into a dominant player within the regional real estate evaluation industry. The business enjoyed great success in real estate development, construction and in the buying and selling of capital real estate investments. Matt’s sales and marketing background and aggressive business philosophy contribute to his successful career as a real estate entrepreneur. Matt transitioned his company into SBG Investment Group, LLC. Matt is the Co-founder of SBG, Kingdom Trust, and MyRA Services.
Mr. Leslie Lilienthal– Sr. Systems Analyst, Jarden Corporation
Mr. Lilienthal has over 15 years experience in large corporation, business operations software design, and implementation in a Fortune 500 company. He will be providing technological expertise to the company in an effort to maximize our abilities and customer service capacities.
